Send an email to contato.hooneys@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product stating the order number. We will respond to your email with information for exchanging or returning the order.
As soon as the product reaches us, it will be analyzed and checked. If it shows signs of use, such as perfume smells, body odors, washing smells, stains, dirt, among others, or if the labels are removed, torn or damaged, the return will not be authorized.
